Grand Rapids Sunset Jazz & Art Festival Cancelled

The Grand Rapids Arts Council announced on Thursday that the Grand Rapids Sunset Jazz and Art Festival for 2022 will be cancelled.

Organizers say weather is the cause of the cancellation. The festival was set to take place along the Grand Rapids towpath Sunday, August 21.

According to the National Weather Service heavy downpours are expected Saturday with more showers and thunderstorms likely on Sunday.
