**CANCELLED*** Wood County to Participate in Statewide Tornado Drill

UPDATE: This drill has been cancelled due to bad weather expected on Wednesday.

The Wood County Emergency Management Agency announced the county will be participating in the statewide tornado drill on Wednesday, March 23 at 9:50 a.m. Outdoor warning sirens and NOAA weather radios are expected sound alarms across the county.

The drill is part of Ohio Severe Weather Awareness Week, which runs March 21 through March 27.
